* Enter your Username

* Click Send to My Mobile Number Button

STEP 4:

* You will Receive a Verification Code via Text Message from PPM-ONLINE

STEP 5:

* Enter the Verification Code

* Click Verify Code Button

STEP 6:

* Enter Your Username

* Enter Your New Password

* Enter Your New Password (confirmation)

* Click Reset My Password Button
